Property Management

Sunshine Short Term Rentals (SSTR) is a Full-Service, Short-Term Rental Property Management company. Our owners have peace of mind knowing that their property is being properly cared for and maintained while we run the day-to-day operations. This gives our owners more free time to focus and spend on other areas of their lives.

At SSTR, we can be as involved as you need us to be. We can handle everything from pool care, lawn care and pest control to paying utilities and scheduling monthly preventative maintenance. Our preventative maintenance includes inspecting everything from dishware to appliances, and changing the AC filters. We know the details matter.

Our owners and guests depend on us. We make sure guests arrive to a clean home, stocked with all the promised amenities. We make sure all maintenance issues are promptly addressed, and that guests are able to reach us if they have any questions or concerns before, during and after their stay. Our team members have extensive experience in the hospitality industry. We know the expectations guests have for great accommodations and service.
